Project Management Office Professional

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO (Project Management Office) professional to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects across the organization. The PMO will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and governance.

The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to track project progress, manage risks, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to project management processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across different departments and teams.

- Assist project managers in project scheduling, resource planning, and task tracking.

- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and status updates.

- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary.

- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance frameworks, and project management methodologies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure smooth project execution.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Support Agile and Waterfall project management processes depending on project requirements.

- Maintain and update project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for leadership and stakeholders.

- Facilitate project meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within project delivery frameworks.
