Location : Mumbai (Client-facing role with travel).

Working Days : Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off).

About the Role :

We are looking for a Project Lead Information Security with 4+ years of experience in delivering and leading end-to-end cybersecurity and compliance projects.

This is a client-facing role ideal for professionals passionate about Information Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and driving high-impact security programs.

We specialize in GRC solutions, helping organizations meet cybersecurity, regulatory, and compliance requirements across industries.

As we grow, we are looking for motivated leaders to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity and information security engagements.

- Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and profitability.

- Act as the primary client contact and escalation point.

- Plan and track project schedules, sprints, milestones, and billing.

- Mentor and guide consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Lead client meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.

- Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, and account expansion.

- Develop and maintain templates, reports, methodologies, and best practices.

Technical Knowledge & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with security standards and frameworks : ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ISO 22301.

- Regulatory frameworks : SEBI, RBI, IRDA.

- Privacy laws : GDPR, CCPA.

- 46 full lifecycle implementations of one or more frameworks.

Working knowledge across cybersecurity domains : .

- Network Security.

- Cloud Security (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Application Security & DevSecOps.

- Identity & Access Management (IAM).

- Endpoint Security.

- Emerging Technologies.

- Understanding of the threat landscape and Incident Response lifecycle.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Cybersecurity.

Preferred certifications : CISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
