Shift : 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM (Need to be flexible up to 12 : 00 AM as per project needs)

We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Project Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Core PHP, Laravel, WordPress, MySQL, and modern web technologies.

The role demands excellent client communication, strong technical leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

The ideal candidate should also be AI-awareness, capable of leveraging AI tools for coding and integrations to improve development efficiency, product quality, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead full-cycle web development projects from requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, leading requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and technical clarifications.

- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients regarding scope, timelines, risks, estimations, and technical feasibility.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

- Architect and develop applications using Core PHP, Laravel, WordPress, and other frameworks as required.

- Work with Node.js and React.js for API-driven and modern frontend applications when needed.

- Design, write, and optimize complex MySQL queries, ensuring efficient database architecture and performance tuning.

- Guide the team in building responsive, dynamic interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

- Manage and administer Linux/Ubuntu servers, including configuration and optimization of Apache and Nginx.

- Implement and enforce application, server, and data security best practices.

- Work with AWS services, including S3, and have exposure to serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.

- Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, testing tools, performance analyzers) to improve development speed and code quality.

- Participate in or lead AI integrations such as chatbots, recommendation engines, content automation, or data-driven features using APIs.

- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML APIs and services (e.g., OpenAI, AWS AI services) where they add business value.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application, database, infrastructure, and performance layers.

- Lead, mentor, and review the work of development teams; assign tasks and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Provide regular status updates, technical reports, and risk assessments to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization using AI.

- Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving within the team.

- Quickly learn, evaluate, and adopt new tools, frameworks, AI platforms, or technologies based on project needs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9+ years of experience in web development and technical leadership roles.

- Strong expertise in Core PHP, Laravel, and WordPress development.

- Hands-on experience with MySQL database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend practices.

- Working knowledge of Node.js and React.js.

- Strong experience with Linux/Ubuntu systems, Apache, and Nginx server management.

- Solid understanding of secure coding practices and web application security standards.

- Experience with AWS services, particularly S3, and familiarity with serverless architecture concepts.

- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.

- Experience integrating or working with AI/ML APIs (chatbots, automation, analytics, personalization, etc.

- Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and AI-driven solutions in simple terms.

- Proven experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

- Strong project management and team leadership skills.

- Thorough understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/version control, and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS.

- Experience with project tracking tools such as Basecamp, Jira, or similar.

- Strong ownership mindset, decision-making ability, and critical problem-solving skills.

- Open-source contributions, AI experimentation, technical blogging, or mentoring experience is a plus
