Role Overview :

Lead delivery coordination between internal stakeholders and the outsourced development vendor, ensuring that scope, milestones, risks and decisions remain controlled and clearly documented.

Required Skills :

- Vendor governance, milestone planning and agile delivery coordination

- Risk management, change control and escalation management

- Negotiation, commercial awareness and stakeholder communication

- Strong documentation, meeting management and action tracking

- Ability to convert priorities into measurable delivery plans

Key Responsibilities :

- Control outsourced-development scope, milestones, meetings and delivery commitments

- Track risks, dependencies, change requests and unresolved decisions

- Coordinate internal teams and vendor stakeholders for timely execution

- Maintain clear project records, status updates and delivery recommendations

- Escalate schedule, quality or scope concerns with practical next steps
