We are seeking a seasoned Project Head to lead large-scale software implementation and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities :

- Orchestrate end-to-end software implementation projects by aligning cross-functional teams with business objectives to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Implement robust project governance frameworks to mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives by translating complex client requirements into actionable technical roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.

- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and resource allocations to maximize operational efficiency and maintain healthy profit margins.

- Facilitate seamless communication between technical squads and non-technical stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Mentor project managers and team leads to foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in navigating diverse project management frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, to suit varying project needs.

- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, ensuring expectations are proactively addressed and project vision is consistently communicated.

- Advanced proficiency in utilizing Jira and Confluence to track project velocity, manage documentation, and maintain clear visibility into task progression.

- Exceptional capacity for resource management, balancing team capacity with project demands to prevent burnout while meeting aggressive deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions before they impact project delivery.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and fostering collaboration in a remote work environment.

- A minimum of 10 to 20 years of professional experience in software project management, preferably within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with relevant certifications in PMP, Prince2, or Agile methodologies being highly preferred.
