About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale technology and infrastructure programs for a leading multinational professional services organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project/program management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of customer-facing digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and infrastructure projects

- Manage large cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

- Drive projects involving ticketing systems and customer-facing digital platforms (Web, Mobile & CRM)

- Ensure successful project execution, governance, risk management, and reporting

- Collaborate with business and technology teams to achieve strategic objectives

- Deliver projects within scope, budget, quality, and timelines
