Project Coordinator

ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to lead the night shift production team at QeWebby.

QeWebby is a WordPress specialist web agency delivering :

- Custom website builds

- WooCommerce stores

- Headless WordPress solutions

- Ongoing maintenance retainers to B2B clients

This role is the operational backbone of the night shift :

- Ensuring projects progress as planned

- Aligning team members

- Managing client communication

- Maintaining quality standards

The coordinator will collaborate with the day shift for smooth project continuity.

Requirements :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage day-to-night handover and brief night team

- Track multiple projects (Zoho Projects, Basecamp, internal tools)

- Assign tasks to developers, designers, QA

- Handle client communication professionally

- Maintain timelines and milestone tracking

- Identify risks and resolve blockers

- Ensure QA before delivery

- Document meetings, decisions, and action items

- Coordinate with multiple PMs/PCs for clarity

Must-Have :

- Experience in project coordination (web/digital agency)

- Knowledge of tools: Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently

- Understanding of web workflows (WordPress, front-end, QA)

- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Good to Have :

- Agile/Scrum experience

- Familiarity with Slack, MS Teams

- Basic SEO and digital marketing knowledge

- Experience with night shift or international clients
