Job Description :

Karuyaki is a Business Transformation Catalyst, redefining how enterprises achieve meaningful outcomes through its signature PMC (Program Management & Completion) methodology. As a Program Completion Facilitator, you will be the execution backbone of transformation programsleading initiatives from pre-sales to closure, ensuring measurable business impact and stakeholder visibility.

Roles and Responsibilities :

PMC Execution :

- Execute projects end-to-end using Karuyakis PMC framework.

- Drive completion across all phases : Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control, Closure.

- Track and report outcome-based metrics (not just activity logs).

- Ensure every project reaches done-done status with stakeholder visibility.

Client Engagement :

- Build consultative relationships with clients, positioning PMC as a strategic lever.

- Lead client check-ins, demos, and sprint reviews.

- Present AI-powered dashboards reflecting business transformation outcomes.

Human + AI Empowered Project Management :

- Use AI-enabled tools to automate, analyze, and optimize workflows.

- Treat AI as a co-pilot to drive velocity and precision.

- Apply predictive analytics for change management and control.

Pre-Sales & Formalization :

- Collaborate with Sales team to shape proposals and SOWs.

- Work with Admin & Finance to formalize timelines, budgets, and governance.

- Ensure engagements are scoped for completion not just delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with internal teams and external ecosystems for alignment.

- Escalate risks and blockers with clarity and ownership.

- Contribute to PMC playbooks and methodology refinement.

Success Metrics :

- % of projects completed with measurable business impact.

- Stakeholder satisfaction scores.

- Velocity of execution across geographies and verticals.

- AI tool adoption and automation efficiency.
