Position : Program/Project Manager (SuccessFactors EC & EC Payroll)

Job Description:

- Lead, Coordinate end to-end delivery of complex HR and payroll transformation initiatives.

- Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges.

- Take ownership and manage the delivery of SAP projects to enhance our client's business functionality and overall performance.

- Support the SAP practice in leading business development efforts, creating delivery plans, scope discovery workshops, and solution presentations to senior executives.

- Could review and provide quality assurance for milestone-based deliverables.

- Demonstrate strong expertise in Employee Central (EC), including Position Management, MDF, and Business Rules, as well as Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including payroll schemas, wage types, and PCRs.

- Oversee payroll critical activities such as parallel payroll runs, data migration, and validation of tax and regulatory configurations.

- Serve as the primary liaison among HR, Finance, IT, and external implementation partners.

- Coordinate integrations between EC, ECP, and third party systems such as Workforce Software (Time & Attendance).

- Deep client engagement skills for effective stakeholder management.

- Have experience working with Integration Center and CPI integrations.

- Relationships, capability and experiences working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance and other SAP partner products such as Workforce Solutions, Docusign etc. will be a plus point.

Certification: SuccessFactors EC & ECP certifications preferred, Project Manager certification is a plus.
