Job Title : Project Manager or Program Manager

Job Type : Full-Time

Exp. : 6 to 12Years

Location : Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across IT and Telecom domains from initiation to closure

- Apply Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies based on project needs

- Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos

- Drive collaboration among internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless delivery

- Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, trackers, milestones and logs

- Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget while managing multiple priorities

- Define scope, feasibility and deliverables during project initiation phase

- Monitor KPIs and proactively manage risks, blockers and project issues

- Maintain transparent and structured communication with clients and stakeholders

- Conduct client meetings for requirement gathering and expectation management

- Execute risk management practices to reduce project delivery obstacles

- Perform budget tracking, cost monitoring and financial reporting with corrective actions

- Prepare and deliver presentations for clients, leadership and internal teams

- Travel as required for project engagements including short-term or extended onsite support

- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for tracking, reporting and analysis

Mandatory Skills :

- PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification

- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in IT and Telecom

- Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid models

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello and Confluence

- Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making abilities

Desirable Skills :

- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams

- Experience in client-facing roles with direct customer interactions

- Ability to conduct financial analysis and budget forecasting

- Vendor management experience
