Role Overview :

As a Program Manager for Web, Mobile, and AI Chatbot initiatives, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex technical architecture and seamless user experiences.

Based in Mumbai, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact digital products, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, and AI chatbot programs by aligning technical milestones with overarching business objectives to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.

- Facilitate seamless communication across multidisciplinary teams, including developers, UX designers, and product managers, to resolve bottlenecks and maintain momentum throughout the development lifecycle.

- Analyze user behavior and performance metrics across digital channels to iterate on product features, ensuring that our AI chatbot and mobile interfaces remain intuitive and highly relevant to customer needs.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent progress reports, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations that influence long-term product roadmaps.

- Oversee the integration of emerging AI technologies into existing web and mobile ecosystems, ensuring that technical debt is minimized while maximizing the value delivered to end-users.

- Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks and quality assurance processes to maintain platform stability, security, and compliance across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale digital transformation programs, with a proven ability to lead complex web and mobile application development cycles from inception to deployment.

- Deep functional understanding of AI and NLP-based chatbot architectures, including the ability to translate technical constraints into user-centric product requirements.
