We are looking for high-performing Project Managers / Senior Project Managers / Program Managers who are ready to evolve into Delivery Manager / Delivery Director roles.

This is not a routine PM role.

What You Will Own :

- End-to-end delivery across multi-account portfolios

- Revenue, margin & utilization targets

- Large, distributed teams (global delivery model)

- Executive stakeholder engagement (US/UK/Canada markets)

- Delivery governance, risk management & financial discipline

- Talent strategy & succession planning

What Were Looking For :

- 12-15 years in IT services delivery

- Strong program management track record

- Exposure to Agile / SAFe / hybrid models

- Commercial acumen (P&L awareness preferred)

- Experience in Insurance (P&C preferred) is a strong advantage
