Program Manager - EDI Migration & Azure Modernization

About the Role :

We are hiring an experienced Program Manager to lead three major technology streams EDI Migration, Legacy Platform Support, and Azure Modernization.

The ideal candidate will have strong delivery governance capabilities, deep understanding of EDI processes, and hands-on experience managing cloud transition programs under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop integrated plans for migration, support, and cloud modernization streams.

- Define milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

- Run cross-functional governance reviews.

Cutover & Transition Management :

- Lead cutover from TrustedLink to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, and later to Azure.

- Ensure complete documentation and smooth handover to cloud ops teams.

Process & Governance Improvement :

- Enhance SOPs for migration, support, and cloud transition.

- Set up governance models, escalation paths, and decision frameworks.

- Define delivery KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics.

- Standardize dashboards and executive reporting.

Team & Vendor Leadership :

- Manage blended teams (internal + vendor) across Dev, QA, Support & Cloud Engineering.

- Drive resource alignment and resolve cross-team conflicts.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Deliver consolidated updates to senior leadership and clients.

- Prepare executive dashboards, program health reports, and transition readiness summaries.

Budget & Financial Management :

- Track program financials and SOW compliance.

- Manage scope changes and approve invoices.

Risk, Compliance & Security :

- Maintain and govern risk registers for all streams.

- Execute contingency plans for cutover issues.

- Ensure HIPAA compliance and Azure security controls (encryption, logging, audits).

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience :

- Strong background in EDI migrations and cloud transition programs.

- Experience in process improvements and governance framework implementation.

Technical Skills :

- EDI (X12, EDIFACT), IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, TrustedLink.

- Knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS, networking, security.

- Tools: MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- PMP

- ITIL Foundation

- Azure Fundamentals

Preferred Attributes :

- Experience with US Healthcare EDI + HIPAA.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Strong communication, leadership & negotiation skills.
