Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager - Cloud Infrastructure & Data Platform to lead large-scale cloud transformation and data platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing enterprise cloud infrastructure programs, data platform implementations, and cross-functional teams while ensuring successful project delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, program governance, and expertise in cloud technologies across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Cloud Infrastructure and Data Platform programs.

- Define program strategy, execution plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Manage multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of cloud transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and vendors to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

- Drive cloud infrastructure modernization, migration, and optimization projects.

- Oversee data platform implementation, integration, and governance initiatives.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

- Establish program governance, reporting mechanisms, KPIs, and executive dashboards.

- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards across cloud environments.

- Mentor project managers and technical teams while promoting best practices in program execution.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of overall experience in Program or Project Management.

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience managing Cloud Infrastructure or Data Platform programs.

- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale cloud transformation initiatives.

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure services, and data platform ecosystems.

- Experience working with one or more cloud platforms :

1. Amazon Web Services (AWS)

2. Microsoft Azure

3. Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Mandatory Certifications :

Candidates must possess one or more of the following certifications :

- PGPM (Post Graduate Program in Management)

- PMP (Project Management Professional)

- AWS Cloud Certification

- Microsoft Azure Certification

- Google Cloud Certification

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or enterprise data platform programs.

- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud security best practices.

- Experience managing distributed teams and large enterprise engagements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
