LTM is seeking Program Manager for Pune Location.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of large programs projects in alignment with organizational goals

- Implement and manage Agile frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

- Coordinate cross functional teams to drive collaboration and resolve conflicts

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and budgets

- Monitor project and program progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of programs

- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and outcomes

- Evaluate program performance and apply lessons learned to future initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in managing large programs and projects with complex deliverables

- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban

- Exceptional communication and coordination skills with the ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders

- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills

- Analytical mindset with a results oriented approach to problem solving

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira Microsoft Project or equivalent.
