Role Overview :

As a Program Manager, based in Mumbai, you will be at the forefront of driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives related to our brokerage platform, with a particular focus on equity and commodity derivatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire program lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to implementation and post-launch optimization. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, operations, and business development, as well as external stakeholders and clients.

Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, ultimately enhancing our client experience and driving business growth.

Lead and manage program covering end to end setup of Equity and Derivative exchange.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and manage program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in from all stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to ensure projects stay on track and potential issues are proactively addressed.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment to drive efficient execution and problem-solving.

- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on program progress, risks, and issues to keep all parties informed and aligned.

- Oversee the setup and enhancement of our brokerage platform, specifically focusing on equity and commodity derivatives, to meet evolving client needs and regulatory requirements.

- Manage client relationships during the program lifecycle, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively to foster long-term partnerships.

- Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the program lifecycle to mitigate risks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with diverse audiences, including senior management, clients, and technical teams.

- Must possess experience in Equity, Commodity, Derivatives exchange setup or Brokerage platform setup covering Risk management and back-office setup.

- Must have good insights of front-office functionalities and back-office operations in Exchange or Broking domain.

- Deep understanding of technical program management principles and methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively to drive project execution and problem-solving.

- Extensive knowledge of equity and commodity derivatives markets, including trading platforms, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.

- Exceptional client management skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues, develop creative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
