Role Summary :

Seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Technical Lead with 9+ years of hands-on expertise in PTC Windchill (PDM Link, MPM Link, Project Link) to lead customization, configuration, and solution delivery. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and architects, driving high-quality PLM solutions, and managing distributed teams across the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do :

- Lead development, customization, and configuration of PTC Windchill PLM (Windchill 11) across PDM Link, MPM Link, and Project Link

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to translate requirements into scalable PLM solutions

- Prepare project estimates and technical proposals, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery

- Drive best practices, SDLC compliance (Agile/Waterfall), and manage remote teams to continuously improve PLM/CAx-enabled processes

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves) :

- 9+ years of strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill PLM, including PDM Link, MPM Link, and Project Link

- Proven expertise in Windchill 11 customization and configuration

- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and solution architects to design effective PLM solutions

- Experience in project estimation, technical proposals, and SDLC (Agile/Waterfall)

- Strong communication skills and experience managing remote/distributed teams
