- Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation testing frameworks and strategies.

- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and JavaScript.

- Implement UI automation solutions using tools such as Selenium, UiPath, and TestComplete.

- Apply BDD methodologies using SpecFlow and manage test execution with NUnit.

- Build and enhance frameworks supporting object recognition, data-driven testing, and reusability.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.

- Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with teams for timely resolution.

- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers and enforce best practices and coding standards.

- Prepare and maintain test documentation, reports, and automation metrics.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter/LoadRunner).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Python, and PowerShell.

- Knowledge of healthcare domain (a plus).
