As a Professional Services Consultant, you will serve as the bridge between our clients' business requirements and the technical implementation of their software ecosystem.

You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, working closely with cross-functional internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure that systems are configured to optimize business processes.

Your primary objective is to ensure successful system adoption and long-term value realization for our clients through precise project execution and expert technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SaaS and ERP solutions to ensure alignment with client business objectives and operational requirements.

- Translate complex business needs into functional system specifications to provide clear roadmaps for technical development teams.

- Manage client expectations and project timelines throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and high satisfaction levels.

- Conduct comprehensive user training and workshops to facilitate seamless system adoption and minimize operational disruption.

- Analyze existing client workflows to identify gaps and recommend configuration changes that improve overall system efficiency and data accuracy.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing full-cycle system implementations, specifically within SaaS and ERP environments.

- Strong analytical ability to map business processes to technical configurations, ensuring that software solutions solve real-world operational challenges.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
