What You'll Do:
- Execute ShopVue implementation tasks under the direction of senior consultants including configuration, data setup, testing, and user enablement.
- Configure work orders, routings, operations, labor tracking, and production confirmation workflows to customer-specific manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain ShopVue customizations, extensions, and integrations with customer ERP, PLM, and shop-floor systems.
- Support shop-floor integrations including barcode scanners, label printers, data collection terminals, SCADA and IIoT signals.
- Execute data migration from legacy MES or paper-based systems including data cleansing, transformation, validation, and cutover.
- Participate in ShopVue Cloud migration projects as that program ramps through 2026 and 2027.
- Write test scenarios, execute testing, and support customer UAT.
- Document configuration decisions, customer-specific extensions, and implementation runbooks.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-7 years of MES, shop-floor execution, or manufacturing software implementation experience (at least one full MES or other implementation cycle: requirements, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover), written test scenarios and executed integration testing against an ERP.
- Named MES platform experience: ShopVue, Apriso/Dassault, Opcenter, Plex, Epicor MES, Infor SyteLine, Prodsmart, Critical Manufacturing, Rockwell FactoryTalk, or equivalent is preferred.
- Understanding of C#, Java, JavaScript, or similar for customization and integration work (understand code, not developers), has written customization or integration code in an MES context.
- Understanding of SQL skills able to write queries for data investigation and issue diagnosis without assistance for migration and reporting.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, message queues, and event-driven integration patterns.
- ERP integration experience like ERP: SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, Acumatica, NetSuite etc.
- Working understanding of manufacturing fundamentals: work orders, routings, operations, BOMs, labor tracking, production reporting, OEE, and scheduling.
- Strong manufacturing domain knowledge: discrete manufacturing preferred; Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, or Industrial Materials industry experience is a significant plus.
- Experience with shop-floor data collection (barcode, RFID, SCADA, OPC UA) is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern CI/CD practices is a plus as ShopVue Cloud ramps.
- Excellent written English for technical documentation and customer-facing communications.
