Hiring Alert | Loan IQ Production Support & Business Systems Lead - Commercial Lending (Loan IQ)

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Loan IQ Production Support and Commercial Lending Operations to join a leading global financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Tier-3 Production Support for Loan IQ users and downstream applications

- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents

- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes with technology and vendor teams

- Support testing activities for upgrades, enhancements, deployments, and data fixes

- Partner with business, operations, technology, and vendor teams to ensure seamless issue resolution

- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge management initiatives

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of Loan IQ experience in Production Support, Business Analysis, Testing, or Implementation

- Strong understanding of Commercial Lending and Loan Accounting processes

- Experience with Syndicated Loans, Loan Servicing, Origination, and Loan Trading

- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and issue investigation

- Experience working in Agile environments

- Hands-on exposure to JIRA, ALM, and defect management tools

- Experience coordinating enterprise-wide technology and business initiatives

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred :

- Exposure to Loan IQ APIs and downstream data consumers

- Experience with vendor upgrades, production releases, and data remediation

- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, etc.
