Role : Product Support Engineer
Location : Bengaluru (Sanjay Nagar)
Shift : General
Work Mode : 6 Days (Work from Office)
Experience : 3 - 5 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical/software issues raised by customers
- Provide L2/L3 product support and ensure timely resolution within SLA
- Analyze logs, debug backend issues, and coordinate with development teams
- Reproduce issues and document root cause analysis
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and environment setup when required
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues, fixes, and support processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps)
Key Requirements :
- Strong troubleshooting & technical support skills
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills
- Strong understanding of Operating Systems
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical approach
Technical Skills :
- Strong core Python (Data structures, decorators, generators, exception handling)
- Familiarity with Django / Flask / FastAPI
- SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) & ORM knowledge
- Basic Linux/Unix, Docker, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
- Comfortable with Git (branching, merging, pull requests)
