Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner / Technical Business Analyst with a robust background in telecom and secure communication protocols to drive the development and delivery of next-generation telecom solutions.

This role blends product ownership, technical insight, and domain expertise to bridge business needs with technology execution in cloud-native and microservices architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritized user stories with clear acceptance criteria aligned to business goals and technical feasibility.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, and operations) to facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.

- Serve as the voice of the customer and domain expert for telecom-specific technologies including TLS, IPsec, HTTPS, SIP, and telephony systems like SIP/WebRTC.

- Drive requirements gathering, detailed user story development, and technical documentation for secure telecom products.

- Coordinate integration strategies involving GIS mapping, third-party APIs, and microservices architectures optimized for cloud-native deployment.

- Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex telecom and security protocols into actionable development tasks and solutions.

- Support risk identification and mitigation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security best practices.

- Provide thought leadership and mentoring within the product team on telecom domain specifics and Agile delivery best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst specifically in the telecom domain.

- Comprehensive knowledge of secure communication protocols including TLS, IPsec, HTTPS, and SIP technologies.

- Hands-on familiarity with telephony applications, reflecting in-depth understanding of SIP and WebRTC frameworks.

- Experience in managing product lifecycle on cloud-native environments and microservices-based architectures.

- Skilled at writing detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, managing priorities and dependencies.

- Proficient in Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum, with experience facilitating all related ceremonies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential considered an advantage.

- Proven ability to deliver complex telecom products in fast-paced, iterative Agile frameworks.
