Job Description :

- 9+ years of experience in CRM/Product Ownership, with significant experience on the Salesforce platform.

- Relevant years of experience 3+ years in Project management.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner managing Salesforce products and driving business outcomes.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Industry Clouds.

- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation.

- Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating business needs into product requirements.

- Strong experience in stakeholder management, including working with business leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Ability to define and prioritize product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Experience managing end-to-end project/product delivery, including risks, dependencies, governance, and quality assurance.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale or multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Experience driving user adoption, continuous improvement, and measurable business value from Salesforce solutions.
