Role Overview:


We are hiring a Product Owner to support Patient Services and HUB operations within a pharmaceutical environment. The role focuses on AI enabled solutions, workflow automation, data driven decisioning, and Salesforce-based platforms to enhance patient access, affordability, and support experiences.


The ideal candidate has strong Product Ownership experience, deep understanding of HUB models, hands-on Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred) expertise, and the ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


- Own and manage the product backlog for Patient Services and HUB capabilities


- Drive AI enabled use cases such as workflow automation, predictive insights, intelligent routing, and operational efficiency


- Collaborate with HUB operations, patient services teams, IT, vendors, and external partners


- Convert business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria


- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives


- Act as the voice of the customer, prioritizing work based on value, risk, and impact


- Support Salesforce solutions including enrollment, benefits verification, copay, prior authorization, and case management


- Partner with data, AI, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, explainable, and compliant AI solutions


- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, GxP, and data privacy regulations


- Communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership


Mandatory Skills:


- 7+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience


- Strong experience in Pharma Patient Services and HUB operations


- Hands on experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred)


- Experience delivering AI driven or automation solutions (workflow automation, analytics, OCR, NLP)


- Strong understanding of HUB processes: enrollment, benefits verification, copay, prior auth, patient support


- Excellent stakeholder communication and decision making skills


- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments


Good to Have:


- Experience working with external HUB vendors


- Exposure to compliance heavy environments


- Knowledge of data privacy and consent management
