- Lead and drive the requirements gathering and definition phase for upcoming product scope items

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into product requirements and user stories

- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and clarity

- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and sprint-ready

- Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, providing direction and clarity

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies :

1. Backlog grooming

2. Sprint planning

3. Sprint reviews

4. Retrospectives

- Track progress, report on requirement readiness, and proactively identify delivery blockers

- Work with leadership to align product strategy, timelines, and dependencies

Required Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership, preferably in product-led organizations

- Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and evaluate architectural trade-offs

Proven expertise in :

i. Requirements gathering

ii. Backlog management

iii. Sprint execution within Agile/Scrum environments

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

- Experience working with distributed teams is a plus

Preferred Background :

- Experience in software product development (SaaS, enterprise platforms, or digital solutions)

- Prior hands-on experience as a Developer, Business Analyst, or Technical Project Manager is a strong advantage

- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms
