Product Manager - Wealth Management Domain

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our wealth management offerings, with a specific focus on optimizing customer journeys within our mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of product ownership skills and deep domain expertise in personal wealth products, including mutual funds, insurance, portfolio management services (PMS), and investment advisory services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for enhancing customer wealth journeys on our mobile platforms.

- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define, develop, and deliver intuitive and user-friendly digital wealth solutions.

- Drive the product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.

- Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for optimization.

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with customer needs.

- Prioritize feature development based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

- Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the wealth management and fintech space.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong track record of delivering successful digital products, specifically within the wealth management domain.

- Deep understanding of customer behavior, user experience (UX) principles, and financial journey mapping in the context of wealth management.

- Solid understanding of personal wealth products, such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurance, and other investment vehicles.

- Experience managing the full mobile app product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization, is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
