Role Overview :
As a Product Manager - Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our product.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for our supply chain and logistics solutions, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into innovative product features that drive business value and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to create a compelling product vision.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key features, timelines, and resource allocation to guide the development process.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases that meet customer expectations.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring a user-centric design approach.
- Analyze product performance data and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous optimization and innovation.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning, ensuring successful product launches.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring ongoing product maintenance and support.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the supply chain and logistics space to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product roadmaps, translating market needs into actionable product specifications.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and operations principles, with experience in developing solutions for these areas.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
