Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can independently own and drive a SaaS platform operating in a high-volume, process-driven environment. This role requires a strong blend of product management, project execution, and agile delivery ownership.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in US shift hours and capable of managing the product lifecycle end to end, including stakeholder coordination, backlog ownership, sprint execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role will also involve driving automation and AI-led enhancements to improve platform efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Ownership :

- Own the product roadmap and define clear priorities aligned with business objectives.

- Translate business requirements into well-defined product features and user stories.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on impact and urgency.

- Ensure clear acceptance criteria and measurable success metrics for each release.

Project and Delivery Management :

- Manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelines.

- Coordinate across engineering, QA, operations, and stakeholders to ensure timely releases.

- Track progress using agile frameworks and ensure accountability on deliverables.

- Identify risks and proactively mitigate blockers.

Process and Platform Optimization :

- Analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities.

- Drive AI integration initiatives to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

- Continuously improve product performance, usability, and reliability.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Act as the single point of ownership for product-related decisions during US shift hours.

- Communicate updates, risks, and roadmap changes clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

- Gather feedback and convert it into actionable product improvements.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS platforms.

- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience handling both product strategy and project execution independently.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.

- Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and workflow systems.

- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

- Experience in automation, process optimization, or AI-driven enhancements is preferred.

- Comfortable working in US shift timings.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in high-volume transaction or workflow-based platforms.

- Exposure to process-heavy or compliance-driven systems.

- Strong documentation and requirement articulation skills.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
