Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with 12-15 years of progressive IT experience to lead the development, management, and delivery of our technology products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, project management, and DevOps delivery, and will have progressively taken on managerial responsibilities. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product lifecycle execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Development & Management :

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to release and ongoing maintenance.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products.

Project & Delivery Management :

- Lead and manage complex IT projects using expert-level project management skills.

- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and best practices throughout project delivery.

- Apply ITIL principles to optimize IT service management and product operations.

- Manage transition planning, change management, and post-implementation support.

Business & Financial Planning :

- Develop business cases, financial models, and budgets for product initiatives.

- Track key product and project metrics to measure success and ROI.

- Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and prioritization of initiatives.

People & Stakeholder Management :

- Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

- Communicate product vision, roadmaps, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business units, and external partners.

Required Qualifications :

- 12-15 years of progressive experience in IT, including software development and managerial roles.

- Strong expertise in product management, project management, and IT service management (ITIL).

- Proven experience with DevOps delivery and modern software development methodologies.

- In-depth knowledge of SDLC, transition management, and journey mapping.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello).

- Experience with software development frameworks (.NET, Java, Python, or similar).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of database management, APIs, and integration concepts.

- Hands-on experience with analytics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to enterprise IT architecture, microservices, and SaaS products.

- Experience in financial planning and P&L management for technology products.

- Knowledge of user experience design, customer journey mapping, and UX research.

- Experience in strategic vendor management and partner collaboration.
