Product Strategy & Roadmap :
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the Premom app across iOS and Android.
- Drive long-term strategy to improve engagement, retention, and premium conversion.
- Define KPIs around DAU, WAU, MAU, retention cohorts, funnel performance, and subscription growth.
Feature Development & Launch Execution :
- Lead end-to-end feature development including requirements, user journeys, UX/UI alignment, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with engineering for timely builds, QA, testing, performance optimisation.
- Conduct A/B tests and data-backed iterations to improve user outcomes.
User Experience & Customer Insights :
- Understand the fertility and womens health user journey deeply.
- Use behavioural analytics, usability studies, cohort analysis, and feedback loops to identify opportunities.
- Partner with design and content teams to enhance user experience and personalisation.
App Growth & Lifecycle Management :
- Design acquisition-to-retention lifecycle strategies including onboarding, notifications, and re-engagement flows.
- Partner with growth teams on ASO, app funnels, user quality, and retention improvement.
- Improve conversion for subscriptions, in-app purchases, and service bookings.
Monetisation & Business Impact :
- Build and scale monetisation initiatives, premium features, subscription tiers, telehealth services, partner integrations.
- Identify new opportunities to grow LTV while maintaining user trust and clinical accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with engineering, design, video, content, analytics, clinical team, and marketing.
- Align app roadmap with web, commerce, services, and ecosystem experiences.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with international product or engineering teams. Experience collaborating with teams or stakeholders from Asian, US, or European markets is strongly preferred.
Technical & Analytical Excellence :
- Prioritise app performance, data accuracy, algorithm reliability, and device integrations.
- Use tools such as Mixpanel / Amplitude, Appsflyer, Singular, Braze to track performance.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and health-related regulatory standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in B.Tech / Engineering / Computer Science (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of product management experience
- Proven success launching and scaling mobile products.
- Strong understanding of mobile UX, behavioural design, onboarding frameworks, and habit loops.
- Experience with subscription or health apps is an advantage.
- Expertise in analytics, experimentation, and mobile product optimisation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
