Product Manager : Low-Code/No-Code Platform

Location : Noida (Work from office)

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) Platform, empowering users to build apps, design processes, and manage data with minimal technical skills. The PM will drive the roadmap for process orchestration, app building, form design, and database design modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the LCNC platform.

- Drive product features for process design, workflow orchestration, and app automation.

- Lead the form builder, app designer, and visual API design components.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement drag-and-drop UI builders and dynamic DB schema management.

- Partner with DevOps to enable app deployment and version management.

- Work with UX teams to create intuitive and consistent user experiences.

- Collect feedback from citizen developers and enterprise users to improve usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of Product Management experience in LCNC or workflow automation products.

- Strong knowledge of process orchestration (e.g., Netflix Conductor, Camunda).

- Experience in app builder design, form builder, and API integration design.

- Understanding of database schema design and metadata-driven app generation.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with citizen development platforms like Mendix, Outsystems, or Retool.

- Familiarity with multi-tenant architecture and deployment automation.

- Knowledge of AI-assisted form/app generation.
