Product Manager - Java Full Stack Development

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical background in Java Full Stack development, Cloud Platforms, Microservices, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development, including design, coding, testing, and deployment, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver quality products on time. This individual will work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and design teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Development and Roadmap Management :

- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and design, to drive product development.

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization through to delivery.

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead and manage product development teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.

- Plan and execute projects to deliver in time and with quality.

- Conduct design/code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

- Provide leadership in Agile/Scrum methodologies and lead sprint planning and execution.

Technical Expertise :

- Provide expertise in Java Full Stack technologies, including Java / JEE / Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Node.js, and microservices.

- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Web Services (SOAP/REST) with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Guide teams on unit/integration testing, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Ensure adherence to design patterns, UML, and other software engineering best practices.

Product Strategy & Stakeholder Communication :

- Communicate product roadmap effectively to stakeholders and ensure transparency in the development process.

- Gather product requirements, analyze market trends, and translate them into actionable product features.

- Ensure that the product meets customer needs and addresses market challenges.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement :

- Oversee unit and integration testing to ensure product quality.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Integrate and maintain best practices in software development.

Additional Responsibilities :

- Manage the overall product lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are aligned with business goals.

- Utilize Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaborative development.

- Leverage database technologies such as MySQL and MongoDB.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience :

- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technical environment.

- Experience working with Java Full Stack technologies (Java, JEE, Spring, Angular, React, Node.js).

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and web services (SOAP/REST).

- Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
