Key Responsibilities :

- Define AI Capabilities : Own the vision and strategic roadmap for AI integrations across products. Translate abstract ML capabilities into concrete product value.

- Lead Cross-functional Development : Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders to scope, build, and launch AI-powered features and improvements.

- AI Product Lifecycle Ownership : Manage end-to-end delivery of AI products, from discovery and prototyping to model evaluation, release, and iteration.

- Tech-Driven Product Decisions : Maintain a strong grasp of the evolving AI landscapeincluding model architectures, data requirements, fine-tuning strategies, and evaluation metrics.

- Customer and Data Focus : Identify high-impact use cases by combining user feedback, product analytics, and emerging AI trends.

- Developer Collaboration : Actively engage with engineers to ensure seamless backend and frontend integration of AI models. Developer fluency is a must.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in an AI-focused company or product, with direct involvement in building and launching AI-powered features.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML methodologies, including supervised and unsupervised learning, generative models, and model evaluation techniques.

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks - including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment.

- Familiarity with chatbots, virtual assistants, or KPI detection tools; experience building or managing such tools is a strong plus.

- Deep knowledge of the AI/ML technology landscape, including model architectures, data pipelines, evaluation metrics, and trade-offs.

- Demonstrated ability to define and shape AI capabilities in a product - not just execute delivery tasks but lead strategy, scoping, and end-to-end lifecycle management.

- Strong technical foundation with prior experience as a developer working on APIs, model integration, and performance optimisation.

- Experience with open-source AI toolkits (e.g., LangChain, Haystack, Hugging Face, Weaviate) and LLMOps tools is highly desirable.

- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate between business, technical, and user perspectives.

- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
