Responsibilities :
- Able to identify and map best Product/ Technical solution practices across geographies and Industries and leverage their skills to map it for HDFC Credila solution offerings.
- Develop product strategy in line with business vision and digital roadmap.
- Enhance Product offering; keep adding new features as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with Business and Technology teams to define product requirements and success metrics.
- Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a strong customer experience.
- Manage the product lifecycle of the solution across all phases - Introduction, Growth, Maturity/Stability.
- Monitor adoption and review success metrics.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering large, cross-functional, customer-facing products.
- Strong bias towards ensuring the exceptional customer experience.
Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience in developing and evolving products with a strong track record of successful product delivery.
- Proven track record of working on the customer-facing product.
- Experience working closely with Technology/UX teams to imagine, scope, and build customer-facing products.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and groups at every level in the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Degree in either Engineering or Business Administration, or the equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of business analysis or product management experience.
- Prior experience in leading B2C/Fintech/eCommerce product startups.
