About the Role :

As a Product Manager, you will report directly to the Technical Director, managing a global product and leading a team of 15. You will oversee product updates, upgrades, and client projects, ensuring seamless coordination between technical teams and clients while delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Product Management :

- Oversee the product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.

- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of product, updates and upgrades.

- Identify opportunities for product improvement based on market trends, client feedback, and strategic goals.

- Provide inputs to the Technical Director regarding technical feasibility, resource allocation, and risk assessment.

2. Project Oversight :

- Manage the progress of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

- Create and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, project plans, and status reports.

- Address project bottlenecks proactively and resolve challenges efficiently.

3. Team Leadership :

- Lead and manage a team of 15 individuals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

- Mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.

- Drive accountability within the team to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.

4. Client Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and managing expectations.

- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance product capabilities and align with market demands.

- Foster strong client relationships while driving long-term value for both clients and the organization.

Skills and Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET Core, MySQL, and Advanced Javascript frameworks.

- Proven experience in product management or project management, preferably in a software development environment.

- Leadership experience managing a team of 10+ individuals in a collaborative setting.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with technical teams and clients effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
