Product Manager

Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically adept Senior Product Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level software solutions on banking payment side.

This role demands deep expertise in Java and PL/SQL, with proven experience managing complex banking/financial IT products. You will work closely with internal teams and banking clients to drive innovation, ensure product-market fit, and support strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities :

- 15+ years of experience in IT product development and management, preferably in the BFSI domain.

- Strong hands-on technical expertise in Java Technology, PLSQL & Well versed with application deployment on application and web server (Apache/Tomcat).

- Experience managing complex banking or financial software products (e.g., Core Banking, Payments solutions) with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Proven track record of leading agile teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, database design, and system integration.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Define and drive the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for enterprise IT solutions.

- Understanding of all factors of project RoI.

- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders through

product lifecycle.

- Translate business and regulatory requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

- Ensure robust, scalable architecture and secure coding practices in Java and PL/SQL environments.

- Prioritize features and enhancements based on market analysis, business impact, and client feedback.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication with leadership and clients.

- Oversee product testing, UAT, go-live activities, and post-launch support.

- Monitor industry trends, compliance regulations, and competitor offerings to maintain product relevance.

- Mentor junior product managers and technical staff.

- Open for travel to any location for a specific period for delivery.
