Product Manager

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Product Ownership :

- Convert business requirements into detailed user stories

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog

- Define acceptance criteria and measurable success metrics

Project & Delivery Management :

- Lead sprint planning and execution using Agile/Scrum

- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Operations teams

- Track timelines and proactively mitigate risks

- Ensure timely and high-quality releases

Process & Platform Optimization :

- Identify workflow inefficiencies and automation opportunities

- Drive AI-led initiatives for scalability and performance

- Improve usability, reliability, and operational efficiency

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the single point of ownership during US shift hours

- Communicate roadmap updates and risks clearly

- Gather feedback and translate it into product improvements

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 8 years of Product Management experience (SaaS preferred)

- Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies

- Experience managing APIs, integrations, and workflow systems

- Strong stakeholder & cross-functional team management skills

- Analytical, data-driven decision-making mindset

- Experience with Jira & Confluence

- Exposure to automation & process optimization

- Comfortable working in US Night Shift

Preferred :

- Experience in high-volume transaction platforms

- Exposure to compliance-driven systems

- Strong documentation & requirement articulation skills
