Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with design, tech, marketing, and business teams to deliver product features
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle : from concept to launch and post-launch iterations
- Plan and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for product/feature rollouts
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Track product KPIs and make data-informed decisions to improve product performance
- Ensure high accountability, timely delivery, and continuous improvement.
Requirements :
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Demonstrated ownership in driving products from idea to execution
- Hands-on experience in GTM planning and execution
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and basic product analytics tools
