Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital products and experiences, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders.

You will own the design process from user research and problem discovery to wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and final product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive and engaging web and mobile product experiences.

- Translate business requirements and user problems into effective design solutions.

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, user interviews, and usability testing.

- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Develop high-quality UI designs while maintaining consistency across the product.

- Build and maintain design systems, UI components, and reusable design patterns.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and business teams.

- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Analyze user feedback and product metrics to continuously improve user experience.

- Present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

- Contribute to improving the overall product design process and design standards.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design / UI/UX Design.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and usability.

- Proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.

- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.

- Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, information architecture, and UI design.

- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

- Ability to convert complex problems into simple and intuitive user experiences.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.

- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects.

Good to Have:

- Experience working in a startup, SaaS, B2B, B2C, FinTech, AI/ML, or consumer technology environment.

- Exposure to UX research and usability testing.

- Understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development constraints.

- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of product analytics and experimentation/A-B testing.
