Product Designer UI/UX | Consumer Tech | Bengaluru

We are hiring a Product Designer for a leading consumer brand with a strong digital and omnichannel presence.

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong visual design with product thinking and enjoys solving complex consumer journeys through simple, intuitive and beautiful experiences.

What you'll work on :

- Own end-to-end design for key web and mobile product experiences.

- Translate user and business problems into intuitive flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.

- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams from discovery through execution.

- Improve existing customer journeys using research, data and user insights.

- Build and evolve scalable design systems and interaction patterns.

- Maintain a high bar for visual quality, usability and consistency.

- Participate in user research, usability testing and design reviews.

What we're looking for :

- Strong hands-on experience in Product Design / UI-UX Design.

- Excellent command of Figma.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture and visual design.

- Experience designing consumer-facing digital products, preferably involving complex customer journeys.

- Ability to think beyond screens and understand the business and user problem behind the design.

- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking, not just visually attractive UI.

- Exposure to design systems, prototyping, user research and usability testing.

Educational background :

- Candidates from premier engineering/design institutions such as IITs, IIITs, NITs, BITS and leading design schools/institutes.

- Experience with a strong B2C / consumer internet / e-commerce / D2C / fintech / travel / lifestyle product.

- Excellent visual craft combined with strong UX thinking.

- Ability to simplify complex user journeys.

- Experience working in a fast-moving product environment.

- Portfolio case studies that clearly demonstrate the problem , process, design decisions , outcome.
