Role Overview:

As a Product Designer II, you will own design for specific areas of our compliance platform, creating intuitive experiences for varied users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive user experiences for compliance tasks.

- Own medium-complexity projects from conception to launch.

- Combine user insights and data for informed design decisions.

- Communicate design rationale effectively with stakeholders.

- Help develop newer designers through mentorship.

Must-Haves:

- Min 4 years of Product Design experience in product companies - no design agencies or IT services companies.

- B2B / Enterprise SaaS product experience.

- Experience in Fintech, Compliance, KYC/KYB, AML, Risk, Fraud, or Identity products.

- Experience designing complex workflows and data-heavy products.

- End-to-end product design ownership from discovery to launch.

Extra Information:

- Good-to-have: Experience in fintech design projects.
