Role Overview :

We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, beautiful, and impactful digital experiences. This role is ideal for designers who see design as a core part of product development and enjoy owning the complete design process from discovery and concept creation to shipping production-ready experiences.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and researchers to solve complex user problems through thoughtful UX, polished UI, and data-informed design decisions. This is a high-ownership role where experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous learning are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Design :

- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products.

- Translate complex product ideas into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.

- Create elegant, accessible, and scalable design solutions that balance user needs and business goals.

- Deliver production-ready designs with strong attention to detail and usability.

User Experience & Interaction Design :

- Design seamless user journeys that improve activation, engagement, retention, and overall customer experience.

- Apply strong UX principles, interaction design, typography, visual hierarchy, and motion design to create delightful user experiences.

- Validate design decisions through user feedback, usability testing, and iterative improvements.

Design Systems :

- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.

- Ensure consistency across products while knowing when to extend or adapt design patterns.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

- Participate in product discovery, roadmap planning, and design reviews.

- Clearly communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and user-centered solutions.

AI-Enabled Design :

- Leverage AI-powered design and prototyping tools to accelerate ideation, workflows, and design exploration.

- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to create AI-friendly design systems and component structures.

- Explore emerging AI technologies to improve design productivity and product experiences.

Data-driven Design :

- Use product analytics and user insights to guide design decisions.

- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for product improvement.

- Work closely with product teams to measure the impact of design changes.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience designing digital products in a product-driven organization.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, interaction design, visual design, and design systems.

- Experience designing end-to-end product experiences from concept to launch.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product thinking.

- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces.

- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building or maintaining design systems.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and modern design tools.

- Experience using product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel or PostHog.

- Basic SQL skills for product analysis and experimentation.

- Experience designing AI-powered products or developer-focused tools.

- Understanding of frontend development constraints and design implementation.
