Product Designer - Figma/Adobe XD

Hiring : Product Designer (B2B SaaS/Enterprise UX) Navi Mumbai

Are you a Product Designer who thrives on complexity? Do you enjoy turning intricate B2B workflows into seamless, user-centric experiences?

We are looking for 5 Product Designers to join an international Tech-Design Studio that partners with Fortune 500 organizations and global governments. This is a role for designers who value UX depthresearch, audits, and information architectureas much as high-fidelity UI.

Role Details :

Experience : 3 to 6 Years

Location : Juinagar, Navi Mumbai (5 days in-office)

Focus : B2B SaaS / Enterprise Products / HRMS

Notice Period : Max 30 days (Immediate joiners preferred)

What Youll Do :

- End-to-End UX : Conduct user interviews, workshops, and UX audits using 10 key heuristics. Create detailed user flows, personas, journey maps, and information architecture.

- High-Fidelity Design : Build pixel-perfect, developer-ready mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma and Adobe XD.

- Testing & Iteration : Lead UI testing, A/B testing, and usability analysis to refine the product.

- Design Systems : Maintain consistency by building and defining patterns within the DSM.

What Were Looking For?

- The B2B Specialist : At least 3 years of dedicated experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise products. (Please note : We are not looking for pure B2C profiles at this time).

- Education : A Bachelors degree in Design or a related field (NID, NIFT, IIT, or equivalent preferred).

- A strong showcase of B2B/SaaS work featuring detailed case studies (we want to see your process, not just final screens).

- Tools : Expert-level Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

- The "Why : Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and how they solve specific business problems.
