Role Overview :

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Product Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Figma, UI/UX Design, Visual Design, Design Systems, and Prototyping, along with experience delivering production-ready designs for engineering implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Design & User Experience :

- Design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered interfaces for web-based products and applications.

- Create wireframes, user flows, customer journey maps, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

- Translate business requirements, user research, and product insights into effective design solutions.

UI & Visual Design :

- Demonstrate strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, color, and interaction design.

- Create responsive and visually consistent interfaces aligned with established design standards.

- Deliver pixel-accurate, high-fidelity designs suitable for engineering implementation.

Figma & Design Systems :

- Work extensively with Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and shared design libraries.

- Apply and maintain established design systems and reusable UI components.

- Contribute to the development of scalable design patterns, templates, and component libraries.

Engineering Collaboration & Design QA :

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth design-to-development handoffs.

- Prepare detailed, production-ready UI specifications, interaction guidelines, and design documentation.

- Conduct Design Quality Assurance (Design QA) during development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Localisation & Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Support localisation and content implementation across multiple international markets.

- Ensure consistent user experiences while accommodating regional requirements.

- Work with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Teams, and Design Leads to deliver project requirements.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Digital Product Design.

- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and shared design libraries.

- Proven experience designing responsive web applications and digital interfaces.

- Strong understanding of visual design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design.

- Experience working with Design Systems and Component Libraries.

- Ability to create high-fidelity designs and production-ready UI specifications.

- Experience collaborating with engineering teams through development, implementation, and Design QA.

- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
