The kind of problems youll work on :
- Shaping where these products go next - voice-enabled flows, AI-driven dashboards, interfaces that suggest the next move rather than just display data
- Making dense operational data sales, channel, compliance, field signals legible enough to act on one-handed, at a red light
- Designing for the field, not the desk : mobile-first, low-connectivity, vernacular, built around real events rather than tidy plans
- Inventing interaction patterns where no off-the-shelf playbook exists a lot of this hasnt been designed before
What youll do :
- Run quick design experiments and prototypes to explore and pressure-test ideas
- Go deep on execution detailed, polished, production-ready UI and interaction design
- Own the experience end to end : flows, wireframes, hi-fi designs, and dev handoff
- Use AI tools as a daily design partner to ideate, generate, and iterate faster
- Partner closely with product and engineering, and raise the bar on craft across the product
What were looking for :
- 2 to 4 years designing digital products
- Deep product/UX instinct you obsess over the experience, not just the visuals
- Hands-on, fluent use of AI tools for design (ideation, generation, iteration)
- Strong UI craft : layout, typography, color, and design systems
- Comfortable with ambiguity can take a rough brief and run with it
- Strong in Figma, including hands-on interactive prototyping
- A portfolio that shows both quick experiments and deep, polished execution
- Clear thinker with sharp logical reasoning
Good to have :
- Motion and micro-interaction design
- Comfortable with design-to-dev handoff, component libraries, and front-end basics
- Interest in AI products, data-rich dashboards, or enterprise tools
