Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Product Designer (UX/UI) to design and enhance complex, workflow-driven product experiences. The role involves owning the end-to-end design processfrom discovery to delivery while working closely with product and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own UX/UI design for product features from discovery to final delivery (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interaction design)

- Design for complex dashboards, multi-role systems, and workflow-heavy products

- Create interactive prototypes and validate concepts with stakeholders and users

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and ship impactful features

- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

- Maintain and evolve design systems and pattern libraries for consistency

Mandatory Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer in B2B SaaS / Top B2C / Video or Media platforms

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end product design (from research to final UI delivery)

- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, admin panels, or complex workflows

- Strong proficiency in Figma (high-fidelity UI, prototypes, design systems)

- Strong foundation in UX principles, information architecture, and usability

- Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills

- Experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and design iteration

- Portfolio showcasing 2+ shipped products or major features with case studies

Preferred :

- Experience in video streaming, live broadcasting, or media production platforms
