We are looking for a high-caliber Product Designer to join the core technology team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design lifecycle of live consumer-facing digital platforms across native mobile applications and responsive web. You will build user-centered discovery journeys, cart and checkout funnels, interactive customization features, and functional micro-interactions that directly reduce drop-offs and improve conversion metrics.
Responsibilities :
- Design frictionless, high-conversion end-to-end user journeys across browse, search, product detail pages, cart, checkout, payment, and post-purchase order tracking.
- Conceptualize and build tactile micro-interactions, state transitions, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma Smart Animate, ProtoPie, Lottie, or Rive for seamless developer handoff.
- Build, maintain, and scale multi-platform component libraries, auto-layout variants, and cross-platform design tokens across mobile and web.
- Partner with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Engineers to identify drop-off points, evaluate user session recordings, formulate hypotheses, and run A/B experiments to optimize conversion rates.
- Work closely with engineering leads and frontend developers to ensure design integrity, performance optimization, and seamless token handoffs.
Requirements :
- 2.5 to 6 years of dedicated, hands-on experience designing and shipping live digital software across web and native mobile apps.
- Direct experience working in-house on high-velocity consumer products, B2C, e-commerce, D2C, or quick-commerce applications.
- Formal Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (B. Des or M. Des) from premier design institutes such as NID, IDC/IITs, NIFT, Symbiosis Institute of Design, or Srishti.
- Demonstrated tenure stability with sustained continuous experience of at least 1.5 to 2+ years in recent roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto-Layout, Variants, and Design Tokens, along with interactive motion tools such as ProtoPie, Lottie, Spline, or Rive.
