Role Overview :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our mobile products, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.

You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from initial concepting and wireframing to prototyping and visual design.

Your work will directly impact the satisfaction and engagement of our users, driving key business outcomes through exceptional product design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in our mobile products.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product strategy.

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile applications, adhering to brand guidelines and design principles.

- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to create user-centered designs for mobile applications, with a strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.

- Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and other relevant prototyping tools.

- Solid understanding of design thinking methodologies and user research techniques.

- Excellent visual design skills, including proficiency in Illustrator.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.

- A portfolio showcasing a range of product design work, demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile UI/UX best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working on-site in Mumbai.
