About the Role :

We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to work on a high-scale, enterprise-grade platform used for creating and managing live content. This role involves designing intuitive experiences for complex workflows, dashboards, and multi-role users.

What You'll Do :

- Own end-to-end product design: discovery - wireframes - UI - final delivery

- Design complex workflows, dashboards, and multi-user systems

- Create interactive prototypes (Figma) and validate with stakeholders

- Collaborate with Product Managers & Engineers to ship high-quality features

- Conduct user research & usability testing to inform decisions

- Work within and enhance design systems & pattern libraries

- Continuously improve usability across high-scale product experiences

Must Have (Non-Negotiable) :

- 3+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design

- Experience in B2B SaaS OR Top B2C products OR Video/Media platforms

- Strong experience in end-to-end feature design (UX + UI)

- Experience designing complex dashboards / workflow-heavy systems

- Strong expertise in Figma (UI, prototyping, design systems)

- Strong foundation in UX, user flows, IA, and usability principles

- Strong product thinking & problem-solving skills

- Hands-on experience with AI tools for design / prototyping

- Portfolio with 2+ case studies (mandatory)

Good to Have :

- Experience in video streaming / media / real-time products

- Experience working on multi-role or collaboration platforms
